Additionally, you will upsell products or services when appropriate, follow up on unresolved issues to guarantee resolution, and maintain accurate records to support continuous service improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as technical support and sales, will be essential to deliver seamless experiences. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment is essential, along with proficiency in using customer service software and telephony systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. California residency or eligibility to work in the US is mandatory.
