Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally within the IT or tech sector, is highly desirable. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check. Proficiency in English is essential, with bilingual skills in Spanish being a plus for serving diverse California customers. Skills Strong active listening and verbal communication skills are paramount, along with empathy and patience in handling frustrated callers. Technical proficiency with computer systems, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software like Zendesk or Salesforce.
