In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities
You will prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing strategies. Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to recommend appropriate insurance policies, including life, health, property, and casualty coverage. Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to upsell additional products and ensure high retention rates. Collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate smooth policy issuance and resolve any client concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to position Gregory Assurance Solutions as the preferred partner.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or B2B sales environments. Valid Kansas insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Strong understanding of insurance products and principles.
