Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in South Dakota. Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program. National certification as an NP (e.g., ANCC, AANP) or PA (NCCPA). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, geriatrics, or home health. Current DEA registration and BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field-based visits. Ability to pass background checks and meet credentialing requirements. Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with expertise in managing complex comorbidities.
