Job Overview Catale Temporary Housing is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Kansas. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development, cultivate key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the temporary housing industry. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored housing solutions for corporate relocations, disaster recovery, and extended stays, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within corporate, government, and healthcare sectors needing temporary housing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting needs assessments and presenting customized proposals. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to contract closure and account management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promotional campaigns. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Represent Catale at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility. Mentor and coach sales representatives to foster team performance and development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or temporary housing. Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a regional capacity. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Kansas as needed. Skills Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market insights. Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management and prioritization skills. High emotional intelligence for relationship building and team leadership. Knowledge of the temporary housing or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
