Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree. A minimum of two years of emergency department or critical care experience is required, along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
