Medtronic is seeking a dedicated Strategic Sales Representative for Biologics to join our North Area United States team. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and plays a critical role in expanding the company's presence in the biologics market through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key opinion leaders. The representative will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences, business, or healthcare, along with proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of biologics products and the healthcare industry landscape. Essential Skills include excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong negotiation and closing skills, proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
