This full-time remote position allows you to deliver exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility of working from your home office anywhere within the state.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various government services and programs. Your daily responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, responding to email inquiries, processing customer requests accurately, and documenting all interactions in the company database. You will troubleshoot issues, provide clear explanations of policies and procedures, and ensure every customer receives timely and professional support throughout their experience.
You will also handle escalated concerns by investigating problems thoroughly and coordinating with internal departments to reach satisfactory resolutions.
