Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

You need reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer with Windows 10 or later, headset, and webcam for virtual training and meetings. CST time zone residency is essential for scheduling alignment.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for this position. You should demonstrate empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams is highly valued.
