In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they fully leverage our platform to optimize their hiring processes, boost employee engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities You will onboard new customers with tailored training sessions and personalized success plans to accelerate their time-to-value. Proactively monitor client health through metrics like usage data, engagement levels, and feedback surveys, identifying opportunities for expansion or at-risk accounts. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues swiftly and advocate for customer needs in product roadmaps. Conduct regular business reviews to showcase ROI, gather testimonials, and renew contracts. Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by demonstrating advanced features and integrations. Maintain meticulous CRM records and contribute to the development of customer success playbooks and best practices. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support roles. Proven track record in a customer-facing position within the tech or HR software industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), churn rate, and expansion revenue. Skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and customer success platforms such as Gainsight or Totango. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. High degree of empathy, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach. Technical aptitude to navigate SaaS platforms, including API integrations and reporting dashboards. Excellent time management in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive independently.
