Job Overview
Cosmetic Physician Partners is seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our Coachlight Clinic team in West Des Moines, IA. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive wellness services, including hormone optimization, preventive care, and aesthetic treatments, helping patients achieve peak physical and mental well-being in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Wellness Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized wellness plans, prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapies, and administer cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress, educate on lifestyle modifications for optimal health, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, you will maintain accurate electronic health records, participate in clinic operations, and contribute to community outreach programs promoting holistic wellness.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa, with national certification as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner. A Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in primary care, endocrinology, or aesthetics. DEA licensure and BLS certification are mandatory, with experience in hormone therapy or cosmetic injectables strongly preferred.
