Job Overview Aisle & Abroad is seeking a dedicated Fully Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in California, supporting travelers with personalized assistance for bookings, itineraries, and travel disruptions. As a key player in our customer success team, you'll help create memorable journeys for clients exploring the world. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues related to travel bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and accommodations to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to facilitate smooth resolutions for complex problems. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, track interactions, and follow up to ensure all concerns are fully addressed. Upsell travel services and promotions when appropriate, contributing to revenue goals while prioritizing service excellence. Monitor customer feedback and escalate urgent matters to supervisors for timely handling. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or a call center environment. Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or Mandarin) are a plus. Strong computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems.
