Job Overview: As a Sales Engineer at Kensington360, you will serve as a key technical resource for the sales team, bridging the gap between cutting-edge product offerings and client needs. This position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless technical integration that leads to successful sales outcomes across the Illinois market.
Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with sales representatives to understand client requirements and deliver tailored technical presentations and proposals. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and proof-of-concept installations for prospective customers. Analyze customer technical specifications and prepare detailed solution documentation that addresses unique business challenges. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance during sales cycles. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and help shape future product development initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of three years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role. Proven track record of successfully supporting complex sales cycles in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions and their technical implementation requirements.
