Job Overview Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hiram, GA. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy while promoting our range of financial products and services. As part of a supportive team in the financial services industry, you will play a key role in building lasting customer relationships and driving satisfaction. Key Responsibilities You will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing accurate information on products such as payday loans, installment loans, and check cashing services. Resolve complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary. Process transactions securely, verify customer information, and maintain detailed records of all interactions in our customer relationship management system. Promote additional services to meet customer needs and upsell opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies to uphold the highest standards of service and security. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly performance goals, including metrics for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred. At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services, retail, or call centers. Strong understanding of basic financial products and customer privacy laws such as FCRA. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and convey information clearly. Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities to de-escalate tense situations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for transaction processing and a customer-focused mindset committed to service excellence.
