In this full-time role, you will leverage Salesforce Pardot to streamline marketing processes, enhance lead generation, and deliver personalized customer experiences that fuel our rapid growth in the cloud services industry.
Key Responsibilities
You will design, implement, and manage Pardot-based automation campaigns, including email nurturing sequences, lead scoring models, and dynamic content personalization. Collaborate with sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, analyze campaign performance using Pardot reporting tools, and optimize workflows for maximum ROI. Responsibilities also include A/B testing emails, integrating Pardot with CRM systems like Salesforce, managing prospect lists, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. You will troubleshoot automation issues, train team members on Pardot best practices, and contribute to the development of multi-channel marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms. Proven track record in B2B marketing automation, with certifications like Pardot Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist highly preferred.
