Job Overview Acentra Health, LLC is looking for a dedicated Quality Manager - RN to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, operating within Alaska time zone hours. This pivotal role involves leading quality assurance and improvement efforts in healthcare services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in patient care outcomes across our national operations. Key Responsibilities The Quality Manager will develop and implement quality management programs, conduct audits, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with clinical teams to establish performance metrics, lead root cause analyses for adverse events, and facilitate corrective action plans. Additionally, you will prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies, train staff on quality standards, and monitor adherence to policies such as those from CMS, Joint Commission, and state health departments. Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging regulations is essential to maintain our high standards of care. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, including 2+ years in a supervisory role, is required. Certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar is highly desirable. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and quality management software is necessary. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork. Leadership expertise to mentor teams, attention to detail for accurate reporting, and project management proficiency to handle multiple initiatives are key. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data analytics tools like Excel and Tableau, and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart.
