Talentoma is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Contact Representative to join our growing team and provide outstanding service to customers across the United States. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You will handle a variety of customer concerns through phone, email, and chat channels while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system, troubleshooting product or service concerns, and escalating complex issues when necessary. You will also process orders, update account information, and follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their concerns. The role requires maintaining performance metrics such as average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution rates. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously. Candidates must demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities when assisting customers. Ideal candidates possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
