Job Overview: Driven Brands is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Carolina. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate records in company systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex matters and ensure timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer needs.
