The Penso Agency is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position focuses exclusively on handling inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities, eliminating the need for prospecting or cold calling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, delivering outstanding service while identifying opportunities to match clients with appropriate products and services.
