PharmaCentra is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to patients, healthcare providers, and partners across the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities include handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat requests, resolving customer concerns related to prescriptions, orders, billing, and product information.
