Job Overview Terminix, a leader in pest control services, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide outstanding support to residential and commercial clients, helping them manage pest issues effectively while contributing to our mission of creating healthier environments. Working remotely from anywhere in Tennessee or the US, you'll be the friendly voice resolving customer concerns and promoting our trusted services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, delivering accurate information about pest control solutions, scheduling, and service updates. Troubleshoot complaints, process service requests, and escalate complex issues to ensure swift resolutions and high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system, upsell relevant products or services when appropriate, and collaborate with field technicians to coordinate appointments. Stay updated on company policies, product knowledge, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance. Consistently meet performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or service-oriented industry. Proficiency with computers and common software like Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, with strong active listening and empathy. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check. Skills Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
