Medtronic is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Representative for its Biologics division to cover the North Area United States territory. This role focuses on driving sales growth and market penetration for Medtronic's biologics product portfolio through strategic account management and relationship building with healthcare professionals. The position requires a deep understanding of the biologics market, clinical applications, and competitive landscape to effectively position Medtronic's solutions. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities, conducting product demonstrations and clinical education sessions for healthcare providers, analyzing market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with clinical specialists and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional activities, managing customer accounts and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction levels, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM systems. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field, along with proven sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferably with biologics products. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Skills required for success include strategic account management, relationship building, clinical knowledge of biologics applications, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
