Key Responsibilities You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting onboarding sessions to set them up for success and providing ongoing support to address their needs. Proactively monitor customer health metrics, identify potential risks, and implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize expansion opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap decisions, and resolve escalated issues efficiently. Develop and execute personalized success plans, including quarterly business reviews, training sessions, and performance analyses to drive adoption and ROI. Analyze usage data and customer feedback to recommend best practices, upsell opportunities, and tailored solutions that align with client goals. Stay ahead of industry trends in customer success and HR technology to position Jobgether as a strategic partner for our clients. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required, with at least 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support roles. Proven track record in managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, with demonstrated success in retention, expansion, and satisfaction metrics. Strong understanding of the job market, recruitment processes, and HR software solutions is highly preferred. Skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and end-users alike. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, customer success platforms such as Gainsight, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. Data-driven mindset with expertise in interpreting metrics, creating reports, and using insights to drive decisions. Highly organized and proactive, with strong project management abilities to juggle multiple clients and priorities. Empathy, problem-solving prowess, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Technical aptitude to navigate SaaS products quickly, plus familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
