Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales trajectory by leveraging innovative solutions for asset management, lending, and trading platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to key market segments, including asset managers, banks, and insurance firms. Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to secure large-scale enterprise deals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine go-to-market approaches. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure. Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on key metrics to senior leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in financial technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas. Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics, including regulatory compliance and digital transformation trends. Experience managing remote and field sales teams across multiple regions. Skills Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities with a results-oriented mindset. Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and sales analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the capacity to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
