InteLogix is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in California. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide outstanding service while helping customers resolve their concerns effectively and professionally. The role involves managing high volumes of customer interactions through multiple channels while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails and chat inquiries, and address customer questions regarding products and services. You will process orders, handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about company policies and procedures. Building rapport with customers, documenting all interactions in the CRM system, and escalating complex issues when necessary are key aspects of this position.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency with computers, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities when interacting with diverse customers.
Essential skills include active listening, conflict resolution, time management, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Experience working with phone systems and various digital communication platforms is highly valued. Bilingual abilities are considered an asset but not required.
