Job Overview Puffy is seeking Independent Sales Representatives across the state of Kansas to join our growing sales team on a commission-based contract. This flexible opportunity allows motivated individuals to represent premium products while enjoying the freedom of managing their own schedules and earning uncapped commissions. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Puffy's market presence by identifying and converting new customers through direct sales, networking, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect and identify potential customers throughout Kansas through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and community engagement. Present and demonstrate Puffy products to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets. Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using provided tools and reporting systems. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Puffy solutions. Represent the Puffy brand professionally in all customer interactions and public settings. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout the assigned territory. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Skills Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Comfortable with technology for tracking sales and customer data.
