This full-time role focuses on executing marketing strategies and fostering positive relationships within the local community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that highlight IdeaTek's products and services. Organize and participate in community events, sponsorships, and local outreach initiatives. Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. Maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to expand community partnerships. Support customer acquisition efforts through targeted promotional activities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or public relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
