As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and primary point of contact for CVS Health customers, assisting with pharmacy services, health insurance inquiries, prescription refills, and general support needs. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms, ensuring every customer receives prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to prescriptions, insurance claims, MinuteClinic services, and CVS products; processing orders and refunds; escalating complex cases to specialized teams; and maintaining detailed records in our CRM systems. You will actively listen to customer concerns, provide clear solutions, and upsell relevant services to enhance satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to quality assurance by adhering to call scripts, compliance standards, and performance metrics, while participating in team huddles and ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare policies and products. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or call center environments. Proficiency in computer systems, including typing speed of 35+ WPM, is essential. You need reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download), a quiet home workspace, and availability to work CST hours, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background check and drug screening are required, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
