ShipMonk is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and resolve order issues, shipping concerns, and account questions while maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure swift resolutions. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. Provide product and service information to customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. Monitor service metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support department.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
