Join Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Route Sales Professional and play a vital role in delivering fresh bakery products to retail customers throughout the McCook, Nebraska area. This position combines sales expertise with hands-on product management to ensure customers receive quality baked goods while maximizing sales opportunities and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities include managing daily delivery routes, maintaining accurate inventory levels, building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, ensuring product freshness and proper merchandising, collecting payments, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, accurate record keeping, and representing the company professionally at all customer locations.
Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and previous sales or route experience preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working early morning hours and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
