Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly upon entry and offer assistance with product location, recommendations, and inquiries. Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise from deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices. Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping floors, facing shelves, and recovering shopping carts. Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft and reporting suspicious activity. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and execute promotional displays. Provide backup support in other departments as needed during peak hours. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Cash handling proficiency with a commitment to accuracy.
