Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional backend development experience in a fast-paced tech environment. Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems in production. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go, with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express. Skills Deep expertise in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and ORM tools. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services such as Lambda, ECS, and RDS. Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching systems (Redis).
