Full Description
The Field Sales Manager for Alliedstar at Straumann Group is responsible for overseeing all sales operations and business development activities across the state of Kansas. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the dental solutions and medical device sectors. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors while expanding market presence for Alliedstar products throughout the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, conducting regular field visits, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The Field Sales Manager will provide coaching and performance management for the sales team, deliver product training sessions, and coordinate with internal departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Additional duties involve preparing sales forecasts, monitoring competitive activity, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field along with a minimum of five years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing field sales teams is essential. Strong knowledge of the Kansas market and existing relationships with dental professionals are highly desirable.
