Bridgestone is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the state of Kansas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives while fostering strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing market penetration and achieving ambitious revenue targets in a competitive industry landscape. As the primary sales leader in your territory, you will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales initiatives to outperform competitors. You will also collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions and superior service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching to maximize individual and team success.
