The developer will work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to deliver robust applications that support real-time monitoring, data collection, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing workflows and translating requirements into scalable software solutions, developing and testing MES modules for production tracking and quality assurance, integrating MES platforms with ERP and PLC systems, troubleshooting and resolving software issues on the production floor, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support and training to end users. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, along with proven experience developing manufacturing or industrial software applications. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, and have hands-on experience with SQL databases and system integration. Essential Skills include strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems, experience with industrial communication protocols, understanding of PLC programming and SCADA systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Industry 4.0 concepts is highly desirable.
