Key Responsibilities You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account issues, processing transactions, educating users on app features, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams. You will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on open cases to ensure resolution, and contribute to improving our knowledge base with insights from customer feedback. Additionally, you will participate in quality assurance reviews and team meetings to uphold service standards. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar role is essential.
