OSI Electronics is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales performance throughout the Southeast United States. This strategic role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. The position requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors and end users. Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory sales plans, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for forecasting sales, preparing reports for senior management, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to pipeline management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients across multiple industries. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressive sales experience in the electronics or technology sector. Previous experience managing a regional territory and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas are essential. Strong knowledge of electronic components, supply chain dynamics, and B2B sales processes is highly preferred. Required skills include excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the capacity to analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
