Crash Champions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle repair journey, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive experience from start to finish.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, schedule appointments, explain repair processes, and coordinate with technicians and insurance partners. You will handle customer concerns professionally, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain accurate records in our system.
