Job Overview OneMCI is seeking a motivated 4X10 Sales Representative to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This unique role offers a flexible 4X10 schedule—four 10-hour shifts per week—allowing you to balance work and life while pursuing aggressive sales targets in a high-energy environment. As a key player in our sales division, you will engage with customers over the phone, identify opportunities, and close deals to support OneMCI's mission of delivering exceptional communication and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Your primary duties will include prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound calls, presenting tailored product and service offerings to potential clients, and negotiating contracts to secure sales. You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, follow up on leads to nurture relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly quotas. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and strategies for improvement. Performance will be measured by key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software is required, and you must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to our Wichita office.
