OceanBreeze Vacay is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Texas. This full-time role focuses on providing outstanding support to vacation travelers, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from travelers, providing accurate information about vacation packages, availability, and policies. You will process bookings, manage cancellations, and address concerns related to travel arrangements in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves documenting customer interactions in our CRM system, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary, and following up with guests to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
