Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Industry Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that strengthen relationships with industry partners and drive mutual business growth across key verticals. The position requires a collaborative professional who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams while managing complex marketing initiatives that align partner objectives with Salesforce's broader business goals. As the Industry Partner Marketing Manager, you will work closely with partner organizations to identify co-marketing opportunities, develop joint campaigns, and create compelling content that showcases the value of Salesforce solutions within specific industries. You will be instrumental in planning and executing partner events, managing partner marketing budgets, and measuring the effectiveness of all partner-related marketing activities. The role involves regular collaboration with sales, product, and partner teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives and partner success metrics. Key responsibilities include developing annual partner marketing plans, managing relationships with strategic industry partners, creating and distributing co-branded marketing assets, coordinating partner participation in Salesforce events and conferences, tracking and reporting on marketing ROI, and identifying new opportunities for partner engagement and collaboration. You will also be responsible for ensuring all partner marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements while maintaining consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management. Candidates should have demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns, strong project management skills, and experience working with technology partners or in the SaaS industry. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is essential for success in this role. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong relationship-building capabilities, proficiency in digital marketing strategies, experience with event planning and execution, budget management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of Salesforce products and the broader technology ecosystem is highly desirable.
