Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system, track interactions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to improve customer experience and identify upsell opportunities. Monitor customer feedback, report trends, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Uphold company policies, ensure data security, and deliver service in line with SLAs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or similar setting. Proven track record of handling high-volume inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed of 40+ WPM. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset to de-escalate situations. Proficiency in customer service software like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools. Multitasking in a remote setup with reliable high-speed internet. Adaptability to shifting priorities and tech-savviness for quick learning of new tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
