Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon entry and engage them to understand their needs, preferences, and style goals. Recommend and demonstrate women's clothing items, including sizing, fit, and coordinating outfits to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring products are tagged correctly. Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle returns and exchanges with a positive attitude, and promote loyalty programs or special promotions. Collaborate with team members across departments to provide seamless shopping experiences, such as pairing clothing with footwear or accessories. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and inventory levels to offer informed advice. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, folding and hanging garments, and conducting stock checks. Contribute to store events, like fashion shows or sales campaigns, to boost engagement and revenue. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in apparel or fashion retail. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Skills Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities to build rapport and close sales. Knowledge of women's fashion trends, sizing, and styling techniques. Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and inventory. Organizational skills for maintaining merchandise presentation.
