Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. Oversee the planning, launch, and performance monitoring of multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and content platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, sales, and account management to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Analyze campaign data and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and improve return on investment. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and external vendors to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery. Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform strategic recommendations and identify emerging growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles. Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with demonstrated revenue impact.
Skills
