Zurich North America is looking for a dynamic RCIS Regional Sales & Service Manager to oversee sales and service operations in Kansas. This pivotal role focuses on expanding market share in crop insurance, fostering strong client partnerships, and ensuring top-tier service delivery in the agricultural insurance sector. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed regional targets for crop insurance products. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to agricultural clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and partners. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, conducting needs assessments and presenting customized insurance solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions. Oversee service delivery, resolving complex client issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with national teams on product development and marketing initiatives. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior leadership to support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or agriculture. Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and leading teams in a regional capacity. Deep knowledge of crop insurance products, agricultural practices, and Kansas market dynamics. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
