Victra is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Fairbury, Nebraska. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover the right wireless solutions that meet their individual needs. You will engage with a diverse customer base, demonstrate product features, and guide purchasing decisions to achieve both customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in a professional manner, conducting needs assessments to recommend suitable products and service plans, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. You will also follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
