Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or Sage Estimating is essential. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for site visits. Skills Strong analytical skills for precise quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to pitch proposals effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for modeling and forecasting. Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
