Basic math skills and computer literacy are necessary for processing transactions and managing inventory systems. Essential Skills include excellent customer service abilities, product knowledge development, cash handling accuracy, time management, and teamwork. Familiarity with hardware, tools, plumbing, or electrical products is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
