Builders Warehouse is seeking a motivated Outside Contractor Sales professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This full-time position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and commercial clients while driving sales growth across our product lines. In this role, you will actively prospect and engage with contractors in the field, conduct outside sales visits, and provide product recommendations tailored to each customer's project needs. You will manage customer accounts, follow up on leads, and ensure exceptional service from initial contact through project completion. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer deadlines. The ideal candidate brings proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction supply, along with strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English. You should be comfortable working independently in a field-based role while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift and transport materials as needed. Previous experience in outside sales or contractor relations is highly preferred.
