DTLA Benefits is seeking a motivated National Sales Executive based in Kansas to drive growth by identifying new clients and expanding our benefits solutions across the region.

As a National Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term business relationships. This position focuses on consultative selling, strategic account development, and delivering tailored benefits packages that meet the unique needs of each client. Key Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, conducting virtual and in-person presentations to decision-makers, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. You will also maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Building strong relationships with brokers, HR professionals, and C-suite executives is essential for sustained success in this role. Required Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry. Candidates must possess a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally are required. Skills required for this position include excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Experience with employee benefits products, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, is highly desirable. The ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and regulatory changes is also important.
